Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, or related field
- 5+ years of underwriting experience with property/casualty focus
- Advanced proficiency in risk assessment software (e.g., RMS, Guidewire)
- Valid CPCU or ARM designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets
- Exceptional communication skills for client/stakeholder interactions
