Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced predictive models for property/casualty risk evaluation
- Analyze complex insurance portfolios using machine learning algorithms and big data analytics
- Collaborate with actuaries to refine pricing strategies and loss forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing innovative risk mitigation frameworks
- Ensure compliance with evolving regulatory requirements (NAIC, Solvency II)
- Present executive-level insights on emerging risk trends and market disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Finance
- 7+ years of experience in P&C insurance risk assessment
- Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SAS for statistical modeling
- FCAS or CPCU designation strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in catastrophe modeling (AIR, RMS)
- Experience with regulatory reporting and capital modeling frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
