Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and research to launch and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with actuaries, underwriters, and developers to design scalable PropTech solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new product opportunities.
- Define clear product requirements and create detailed user stories for the engineering team.
- Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features that maximize customer retention and acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing and user research to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
- Communicate complex insurance concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within the Insurance or FinTech sector.
- Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) or Life Insurance products and regulatory environments.
- Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL or Python.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, or Asana.
