Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap for our core insurance products, aligning business goals with technical capabilities.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize SQL and data analytics to drive product decisions and measure success metrics (KPIs).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, underwriting, and actuarial teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Agile Delivery: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Insurance, Fintech, or InsurTech sectors.
- Technical Acumen: Proficiency in SQL and basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
