Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality e-learning courses, workshops, and digital resources using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct instructional analysis to determine specific learning needs and translate business goals into effective, scalable training strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content, ensure accuracy, and distill complex topics into digestible formats.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) testing on all learning materials to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and compatibility across devices.
- Monitor learner performance data and analytics to optimize course content and improve overall learning effectiveness.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our internal design systems and templates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or curriculum design.
- Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating previous e-learning course development and visual design skills.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory (Andragogy) and inclusive design principles.
