Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging eLearning modules, virtual training programs, and performance support materials
- Analyze complex learning needs and translate business requirements into instructional solutions
- Lead needs assessments and learning evaluations using Kirkpatrick's model
- Collaborate with multimedia specialists to create interactive simulations and gamified learning experiences
- Mentor junior designers and conduct quality assurance reviews of all deliverables
- Stay current with emerging learning technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience creating corporate or K-12 learning solutions
- Expertise in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse learning projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in ADDIE, SAM, or Agile instructional design methodologies
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
