Responsibilities
- Design and develop immersive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
- Conduct needs assessments and learning analytics to optimize curriculum effectiveness
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex technical concepts into digestible content
- Implement xAPI and SCORM standards for seamless LMS integration
- Lead storyboard reviews with cross-functional teams including UX designers and developers
- Manage end-to-end project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Analyze learner feedback and data to continuously improve course performance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years experience designing corporate training solutions for adult learners
- Advanced proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ complex learning projects with measurable impact
- Experience with video production and interactive multimedia development
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and project scope
