Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract industry-leading professionals
- Develop and implement performance management systems aligned with business objectives
- Lead organizational development initiatives including leadership training and succession planning
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Oversee benefits administration, compensation structures, and total rewards programs
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and organizational development
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, or similar)
