Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Lead employee development programs including leadership coaching and succession planning
- Oversee compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and performance management systems
- Drive DEI initiatives through policy development, training programs, and analytics
- Manage HR compliance across federal, state, and local regulations
- Implement HRIS optimizations and data-driven decision-making frameworks
- Partner with department heads to resolve complex employee relations issues
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling HR functions for 200+ employee organizations
- Advanced knowledge of Texas labor laws and federal regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Experience with compensation analysis and benefits strategy design
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence at executive level
