Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring market competitiveness
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Implement HR compliance programs and ensure adherence to federal/state regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in a management role
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS systems
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
