Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development frameworks
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive market alignment
- Champion DEI initiatives through policy development, training programs, and culture-building
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to executive leadership
- Lead HR technology implementation and optimization for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (NYC experience a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Track record of implementing DEI initiatives and fostering inclusive workplaces
