Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Lead employee relations initiatives, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitive market alignment
- Drive performance management systems and organizational development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Manage HRIS systems and data analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Mentor HR team members and collaborate with department heads on workforce planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employment law compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
