Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including performance management systems and recognition programs
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance with Canadian labor laws
- Design and implement leadership development programs
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
- Manage HRIS systems and data-driven reporting
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- CHRP or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in Canadian employment legislation (OHSA, ESA, etc.)
- Proven experience in tech or fast-paced corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
