Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes for key positions
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development programs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and policy development
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR programs in a corporate environment
