Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
- Design and implement performance management systems and compensation structures
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across all departments
- Manage HR analytics to inform data-driven decision making
- Lead organizational development initiatives and change management
- Partner with department heads to address staffing needs and development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- Expertise in HRIS implementation and analytics (Workday experience a plus)
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience managing HR budgets and developing departmental KPIs
