Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, optimizing recruitment funnels and employer branding
- Design and implement performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Drive employee engagement through culture programs, recognition systems, and feedback mechanisms
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies
- Oversee benefits administration, compensation structures, and total rewards programs
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation planning
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data for decision-making
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience scaling HR processes in high-growth environments
