Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management systems and succession planning
- Develop and implement DEI programs to foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and HRIS optimization
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions for business growth
- Partner with leadership on change management during company expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
