Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding, recruitment analytics, and diversity hiring programs
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and employee development frameworks
- Oversee employee relations programs, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Drive HR technology adoption and process optimization using platforms like Workday and Greenhouse
- Analyze HR metrics to inform retention strategies and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management/supervisory roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, compensation design, and employee engagement programs
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and data-driven HR analytics
- Deep knowledge of Illinois employment law and federal compliance regulations
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
