Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting organizational objectives and culture
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for 200+ employees
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and HR best practices
- Oversee benefits administration, compensation structures, and HRIS optimization
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance (FLSA, EEO, ADA)
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Proven ability to develop data-driven HR strategies and metrics
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
