Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for 200+ employees
- Oversee performance management systems and compensation structures
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws
- Implement training and development programs to foster leadership growth
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employer branding
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance regulations
- Experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Track record of driving cultural transformation in tech environments
