Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in talent strategy and organizational development
