- Manage performance management systems and career development frameworks
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics
- Proven track record in scaling HR operations for tech companies
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with DEI initiatives and change management
