Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives

- Oversee compliance with federal/state labor laws and company policies
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership

- Manage HR budget and vendor relationships

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in employment law, compensation, and talent development
- Proven success implementing HRIS systems and data analytics
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience scaling HR processes in high-growth environments
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
