Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management systems and leadership training programs

- Develop and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making and program optimization

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Advanced knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HRIS systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and data visualization
