Qualifications

- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required

- Advanced knowledge of employment law and compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday/BambooHR)
