Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting company objectives and workforce expansion
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation/benefits administration and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement data-driven improvements
- Champion DEI initiatives and foster inclusive workplace culture
- Partner with department heads on organizational development and succession planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies and HRIS implementation
- Proven track record in employee relations and conflict resolution
- Advanced knowledge of federal/state employment laws and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
