Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
- Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning programs
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and organizational development projects
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor regulations while mitigating legal risks
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits programs, and HR technology systems
- Partner with executive leadership to shape organizational culture and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, and HR analytics
- Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws (FLSA, EEO, ADA, FLSA)
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic mindset with track record of implementing scalable HR solutions
