Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all levels
- Implement HR analytics to measure workforce metrics and inform decisions
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in employment law, FLSA, and EEO regulations
- Proven success scaling HR functions in high-growth environments
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS (Workday preferred) and data analytics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
