Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting business objectives and talent acquisition
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize workforce structure and performance
- Drive talent management programs including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management systems
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures and total rewards programs
- Leverage HR analytics to measure workforce metrics and inform strategic decisions
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
- Strong understanding of employment law (FLSA, EEO, ADA) and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience managing HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into HR action plans
