Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for technical and executive roles
- Drive performance management systems and succession planning initiatives
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Analyze HR metrics and implement data-driven improvements to engagement and productivity
- Manage compensation and benefits programs benchmarked against industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Minimum 8 years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies for technical roles
- Strong knowledge of employment law (FLSA, EEOC, ADA)
- Proven experience implementing HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing and executing DEI initiatives
