Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across technical and non-technical domains
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management systems, succession planning, and leadership training programs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor regulations
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through targeted programs and data-driven analytics
- Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and HRIS implementation (Workday proficiency required)
- Partner with department heads to align HR priorities with business objectives and forecast workforce needs
- Develop and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve employee experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles within tech or high-growth industries
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, talent management, and organizational development
- Proven ability to implement scalable HR systems and data-driven HR analytics
- Deep knowledge of employment law (FLSA, EEO, ADA) and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing HR budgets and vendor relationships (ATS, LMS, benefits brokers)
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, especially Workday, and HR analytics tools
