Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management and succession planning
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs that boost retention and productivity
- Oversee compliance with federal and state labor regulations and HR best practices
- Manage HRIS systems and analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS implementation and data-driven HR
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success in driving DEI initiatives in corporate environments
- Experience with international HR compliance and multi-state operations
