Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals across 15+ departments
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including performance management, recognition programs, and career development frameworks
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs ensuring market competitiveness and legal compliance
- Drive HR technology implementation and optimization of HRIS platforms
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all organizational levels
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR analytics
- Proven experience implementing HR technology solutions (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Deep knowledge of California employment laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments
