Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent across engineering, product, and leadership roles
- Design and implement performance management systems, compensation structures, and career development programs
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including onboarding, recognition programs, and diversity & inclusion projects
- Ensure HR compliance with federal/state regulations (FLSA, EEO, ADA) and maintain accurate HRIS records
- Partner with department heads on organizational development, succession planning, and change management
- Manage HR operations including payroll administration, benefits administration, and policy updates
- Analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for talent decisions and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management/senior roles
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP designation required
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and scalable HR systems
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws and federal HR regulations
- Advanced skills in HRIS platforms (Workday or BambooHR preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
