Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and compensation structures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Oversee HRIS implementation and optimization for data-driven decision making
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Lead HR budget planning and cost management initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employer branding
- Advanced knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Experience implementing HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, or similar)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
