Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for technical and non-technical roles
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management systems and succession planning
- Develop employee engagement programs that drive retention and productivity metrics
- Manage HR compliance across federal and state regulations (EEO, ADA, FLSA)
- Oversee compensation structures and benchmarking against industry standards
- Lead diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs and training
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven experience scaling HR operations for 250+ employee organizations
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing remote/hybrid workforce models
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
