Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for 500+ employees
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation/benefits administration and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Drive DEI initiatives and implement leadership development programs
- Analyze HR metrics to inform organizational development strategies
- Partner with C-suite to align HR with company growth objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS (Workday preferred)
- Proven track record in DEI program implementation
- Strong analytical skills with HR data interpretation experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of NY labor laws and federal employment regulations
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
