Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for key leadership positions
- Lead organizational development initiatives including performance management systems and succession planning
- Design and implement employee engagement programs that boost retention rates
- Oversee HR compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage compensation benchmarking and competitive salary structures
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs across all departments
- Lead crisis management for employee relations matters
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS implementation (Workday or SAP experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Advanced data analytics skills with HR reporting experience
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
