Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting organizational objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs across all departments
- Design and implement performance management systems and employee development plans
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations (FLSA, EEOC, NY labor laws)
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and HRIS management
- Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
- Deep knowledge of NY labor laws and federal regulations
