Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, compensation, and performance management systems
- Drive diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives across global teams
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance programs
- Partner with department heads to build high-performing teams
- Analyze HR metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Manage HRIS implementation and technology integrations
- Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Proven track record in tech industry HR operations
- Expertise in global talent acquisition strategies
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
