Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting business objectives and workforce planning
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, optimizing recruitment funnels and employer branding
- Design and implement performance management systems and compensation structures
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across 500+ employee workforce
- Manage HRIS implementation and data analytics for actionable insights
- Lead organizational development initiatives including training and succession planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in scaling HR operations for high-growth companies
- Advanced knowledge of NYC labor regulations and employment law
- Experience implementing HRIS platforms (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics
- Exceptional strategic thinking with track record of organizational change management
