Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, compensation, and performance management systems
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development
- Oversee HR compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Partner with executive leadership on succession planning and change management
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, compensation structures, and HRIS implementation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HR analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in unionized environments preferred
