Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting organizational goals and talent acquisition
- Lead employee engagement programs, performance management systems, and diversity initiatives
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
- Partner with department heads to build high-performing teams through targeted leadership development
- Implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes and data analytics
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational change initiatives
- Drive workplace culture initiatives promoting innovation, inclusion, and well-being
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance (federal/state)
- Proven track record implementing HR technology and data-driven HR strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with international HR operations and cross-cultural management
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
