Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP) and HR analytics
- Strong knowledge of NY labor laws and compliance frameworks
- Proven track record in talent management and organizational development
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into action
