Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition pipeline, including employer branding and recruitment analytics
- Design and implement performance management systems and L&D programs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Manage HRIS implementation and data-driven HR reporting
- Advise leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification required
- Expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and HR analytics
- Proven track record in DEI program implementation
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/SAP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
