Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives to drive organizational growth.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent planning to onboarding, ensuring we attract top-tier talent and support employee development.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, ensuring strict compliance with UK employment law and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Lead the performance review process, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and identifying high-potential talent for succession planning.
- Compensation & Benefits: Review and manage salary structures, bonus schemes, and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and equity.
- Policy Implementation: Update and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and clarity across the organization.
- Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives with empathy and efficiency to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
Qualifications
- Education: CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Experience: Proven experience in a Senior HR Manager or HRBP role (minimum 5 years) within the UK market.
- Legal Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UK employment law, HR legislation, and best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex personnel issues effectively and confidentially.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop HR teams and drive cultural change.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
