Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies supporting business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and process improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification required
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR analytics
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor regulations
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- Exceptional communication and strategic planning abilities
