Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding and recruitment funnel optimization
- Design and implement performance management systems with measurable KPIs
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance programs
- Analyze HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and continuous improvement
- Partner with department heads to build high-performing teams
- Manage compensation structures and benefits administration
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all levels
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience scaling HR operations in high-growth environments
- Expertise in talent acquisition, compensation strategy, and employee development
- Advanced knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field
