Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals
- Oversee employee lifecycle management including onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning
- Design and implement innovative compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Lead organizational development initiatives through training programs and culture-building activities
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ in leadership roles

- Deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
