Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies supporting organizational goals
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning initiatives
- Oversee employee relations programs, performance management systems, and compensation structures
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all departments
- Manage HR compliance, policies, and regulatory adherence
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with 3+ years in management
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HRIS systems
- Proven experience developing DE&I programs and initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in fast-paced tech or consulting environment
